This Potato Peppers soup is wholesome food with goodness of vegetables.Potato are good source of Vitamin B6, Carbohydrates and Protiens, also helps in increasing immunity. Potato gives creamy texture and other ingredients going to add flavours.

    Ingredients to make Potato Peppers Soup:

    1 Pepper, 2 potatoes, 1 tbsp vegetable oil, 4-5 soaked cashew 1 small onion, 1tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tomato, pinch of salt and turmeric powder

    Steps to make Potato Peppers Soup:

    1. First of all, peel potatoes and deseed the peppers.

    2. Now take a large sauce pan, add 1 litre water, add cubed potatoes and peppers in it.

    3. Wait till it is boiled, then simmer the flame and cook till done.

    4. In the mean time finely chop onion, heat pan, add oil after 30 seconds, add ginger and garlic paste.

    5. Now add onion and fry till transluscent.

    6. Till this time the potatoes must be cooked, now strain it and keep broth to use furthur.

    7. Now grind soaked cashew, cooked potatoes and peppers to a smooth paste.

    8. Add this paste to fried onion and saute for 1 min, now add broth and cook till desired consistency is attained.

    9. Lastly, add a pinch of salt.

    Your delicious and nutritious soup is ready to serve in lukewarm condition.
