You constantly need to come up with new and innovative dishes to tempt all at home to eat. This Puffed Rice Ladoo is extremely simple to make, yet is super tasty and loaded with valuable nutrients, like carbohydrates, which will replenish your energy levels.

Ingredients to make Puffed Rice Laddoo:
4 cups Murmura/Puffed Rice, 1 cup Grated Jaggery, 1/4 tsp Ghee for greasing Palms.
Steps to make Puffed Rice Laddoo:
1. In a big heavy bottom pan, add jaggery on a low flame and cook, stirring constantly.
2. Once the whole jaggery melts and bubbles up, add murmura and mix well till all the puffed rice is coated with jaggery syrup.
3. Remove from flame. Apply a little ghee on your palm and make ladoos from the hot mixture.
