Ragi is very healthy as it is rich in calcium and protein. Also has good amount of iron and other minerals. It is low in fat.



    Ingredients to make Ragi Falooda:

    Cooked ragi sevai 200 gms, 1 cup cut banana, 2 tbsp honey, 1 cup formula milk, 1⁄2 cup sugar

    Steps to make Ragi Falooda:

    1. Soak cooked ragi sevai in milk and refrigerate.

    2. Mix banana along with honey.

    3. Mix the fresh curd and cane sugar without any lumps.

    4. In a tall glass, add banana mix first. Then add a tablespoon of ragi soaked in milk.

    5. Then add the ragi sevai again. Garnish with chopped dry fruits. Serve chilled.

    Ragi sevai is a healthy alternative for falooda sev, and you should definitely give it a try!
