Combine the super nutritious ragi in regular dosa batter and make amazing, crispy and healthy dosa full of calcium and protein in just minutes.

1 cup dosa batter, ½ cup ragi, salt, oil, water
1. Wash and soak ragi for 2-3 hours.
2. Drain out excess water and grind it to fine paste using little water.
3. Mix this ragi paste in dosa batter and add salt. Add water if required.
4. Now make a dosa out of this batter.
You can make delicious uthappam or idli too from this batter.
