Rava Ragi Dosa

Time to have a delicious and healthy treat. This is a recipe which is highly nutritious. Ragi is rich in vitamin D, calcium, iron, which helps in strengthening bones. It contains very high amount of dietary fibre which aids in digestion. Suji is rich in fibre, potassium, which improves digestion, it has plenty of proteins, carbohydrates and iron as well as vitamin B & E, very healthy for muscles, nerves and bones. 



    Ingredients: 1/2 bowl organic ragi flour, 1/2 bowl suji (rava), 1/2 bowl rice flour, 1/2 tsp sesame seeds, 1/2 tsp cumin seeds, 1/2 tsp ginger chopped, 1 tbsp onion chopped, 2 tbsp curd, 1/4 cup milk to make batter soft, water 


    1. Roast ragi flour and rava separately till slightly brown. You can tell by the aroma.

    2. In a bowl, mix flour, rava, and other ingredients add a little milk, give a mix to blend well. Then, add water as required to make a proper dosa batter consistency.

    3. Leave the batter for half an hour to rest. Heat the pan properly and add some oil, flatten the batter properly using a ladle. 

    Serve it a little hot, with chutney or sauce.
