Rice and Cauliflower Konjee is one of the favorite Korean dishes of majority, and is a common breakfast recipe. Cauliflower contains good amounts of Vitamin K, Vitamin C, which helps reducing inflammation and improves digestion.

    Ingredients to make Rice and Cauliflower Konjee (1 serving):

    Cauliflower, garlic cloves, rice flour, salt to taste, oil

    Steps to make Rice and Cauliflower Konjee:

    1. In a bowl, add cauliflower and boil it until soft and then chop the cauliflower and tenderize it.

    2. In a big pan, add oil add garlic cloves blenderized cauliflower, add rice flour and cook it well until semi-solid consistency.

    Serve this delicious Konjee!
