Using simple ingredients, you can make soft and light rice flat bread. Rice flour is a good source of carbohydrates. Flavour the flour with turmeric powder and onion and this bread tastes awesome.

1 cup rice flour, 3 tsp oil, ½ onion grated, salt as required
1. In a vessel, pour 1 cup of water. When water starts boiling, add salt and oil. Mix and bring to low heat.
2. Put the rice flour in it. Mix and turn off the heat.
3. You will get a crumpled mixture of the dough. Add the grated onion. Knead the dough till smooth. You can add one more tsp oil. Cover the dough and let it rest for half an hour.
4. Make lemon sized balls from the dough and flatten a ball using the rolling pin (just like a chapati).
5. Heat a tawa and put the rolled rice flat bread over it.
6. Flip it over when you see bubbles appearing.
Delicious and healthy rice flat bread is ready. Remove it in a plate and serve.
