    Ingredients to make Sago Button Idli:

    ½ cup sago, 1 cup idli rava, 2 cups curd, 1-2 cup water add as required, salt to taste, oil to grease idli molds

    Steps to make Sago Button Idli:

    1. In a bowl take sabudana, idli rava, curd, 1 cup of water and mix well. Ferment overnight.

    2. Mix the batter well and add ¼-½ cup water as required to adjust the consistency of idli batter. Add salt to taste.

    3. Pour the batter into greased idli molds.

    4. Steam for 8-10 mins. Serve with chutney.
