Paneer tastes better when prepared with rice dishes. It contains good amount calcium, which helps to maintain healthy bones. It contains carrots, which are a good source of vitamin A, essential for eye health.

Paneer-50gms, cooked Basmati rice -30gms, carrot -25gms, French beans -20gms, salt and pepper to taste, oil -5ml
1. In a pan add oil, add paneer sauté till golden brown add chopped vegetables and cook it for a while.
2. Add salt and pepper to the mixture, add the cooked basmati rice and stir well until all the vegetables are mixed with the rice.
Serve this Paneer Ricewith some curd raitha.
