Poha is a great snack made both in north and south India! It is rich in iron, vitamin B, carbohydrates and proteins and easy to digest as well. Serve as a breakfst or a snack to add variety to your palatte!

    Ingredients to make South Indian Delicious Poha:

    Poha, 1 onion, 1 tomato, peanuts, salt as per taste, lemon juice, turmeric power, curry leaves, mustard seeds, oil as required

    Steps to make South Indian Delicious Poha:

    1. Wash and soak poha in water for 15 minutes.

    2. Drain water completely. Add salt, lemon juice, turmeric powder and mix well.

    3. In a pan, heat oil and add curry leaves and mustard seeds. Add tomato, onion, and peanuts and saute for 5-7 minutes.

    4. Add the poha now to the pan and cook on low flame for 5 minutes.

    Garnish with cashews and serve hot!
