This is a simple recipe which would be admired by all. Sugar Cookies can be made at home without much effort. The presence of all-purpose flour adds carbohydrates, iron and protein which are quite essential for physical development. Moreover, egg is also used which is an excellent source of Vitamin A, Vitamin D and Vitamin B-12.

Ingredients: 2 ¾ cups all-purpose flour, 1 tsp. baking powder, 1 cup butter, 1 ½ cups white sugar, 1 egg, 1 tsp vanilla extract
Steps:
1. You need to preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Take a small bowl to add flour, baking soda as well as baking powder. Stir it well and keep aside.
2. Now, take a large bowl and mix butter and sugar. Separately beat vanilla and egg. Add the dry ingredients and blend it further.
3. Roll round dough balls and place onto a greased cookie sheet.
4. Bake the content for at least 8-10 mins. Wait until they turn golden.
It is a smooth recipe which should be tried right away!
