Generally we all love foods that are bright and colourful. Loaded with yummy and colourful veggies like capsicum, carrots and tomatoes, this tasty and healthy butterfly pasta dish is sure to attract you!

1/4 cup chopped onions, 1/4 cup chopped capsicum, 1/4 cup boiled peas, 1/4 cup blanched chopped carrots, 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes, 1 cup cooked butterfly pasta (fusilli), 2 tsp flour, 3/4 cup milk, 2 tsp olive oil, 2 tsp finely chopped garlic, 3 tbsp grated mozarella cheese, salt to taste
1. Combine the milk and flour in a bowl, mix well and keep aside.
2. Heat the olive oil in a pan, add the garlic, onions and capsicum and sauté on a medium flame for 2 minutes.
3. Add the peas, carrot, tomatoes and sauté on a medium flame for 2 minutes.
4. Add the pasta, cheese, milk- flour mixture and salt, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes, while stirring continuously. Serve immediately.
