Tasty Sugary Rotis is pretty easy to make, which are a rich source of vitamins and minerals. The carbohydrates in them increase the energy level.



    Ingredients to make Tasty Sugary Rotis:

    1 cup wheat flour, water required to make dough, a pinch of Salt, oil as required, 1 cup sugar, 1/4 cup ghee

    Steps to make Tasty Sugary Rotis:

    1. Take wheat flour in a bowl and add a pinch of salt, a tablespoon of oil and make a soft dough using water. Knead well and keep it aside for 15 minutes.

    2. Divide the dough into equal portions; roll out rotis by using dry flour.

    3. Apply a teaspoon of ghee on each roti and spread sugar evenly.

    4. Then fold it like a paratwala (layers can be seen when cooked) paratha. again roll out into a circle by using dry flour.

    5. Cook each roti in a heated pan using ghee till golden brown.

    Serve hot and relish.
