Ivy gourd or Tondekai is a store house of a range of vitamins and minerals. Apart from that, it also offers a decent amount of protein and fibers. This easy recipe is a good side dish for any meal !

Kowai, curry leaves, tomato, oil
1. Pressure cook the vegetable for 10-15 minutes. Roughly mash it and keep aside.
2. In 1 spoon of oil add curry leaves and peanut powder, saute for few minutes.
3. Add mashed vegetable, mix well
Serve hot!
