    Carrot, beans, potato, peas, rice, water, oil

    Steps to make Torkari Bhaat:

    1. Heat oil in skillet. Add carrot, beans , potato and peas. Cook 15 minutes or until tender.

    2. Add vegetable broth; bring to boil.

    3. Add the rice and cover. Simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat.

    Let it stand for 5 minutes before serving.
