If you want to relish something very healthy and delicious then this easy Vermicelli Payasam is a perfect treat. The same is loaded with the goodness of milk and dry fruits decked with calcium and vitamins.

4 cup breastmilk/formula milk, 1 tbsp ghee, 1 cup sugar, 1/4th cup vermicelli, 3-4 cashews, 3-4 almonds, 3-4 unslated pistachios, 2 seedless dates, 1 tsp rose water, 1 cardamom, 1 tbsp charoli, 8-10 golden raisins
1. Roast the vermicellis in 1 tbsp ghee until light golden brown. Remove and keep aise.
2. In the same pan, add 1tbsp ghee and roast cashews and almonds. Chop them finely after roasting.
3. Powder cardamom with a tsp of sugar. Chop dates and pistachios.
4. Bring boil to milk in a deep bottomed pan then add roasted vermicelli to it and cook it on medium heat until becomes soft. Keep stirring in between.
5. Then add sugar ans stir until it dissolves.
6. Add cardamom powder,chopped cashews, almonds, pistachios, dates, charoli and golden raisins.
7. Allow it to cook to for 1 more minute on medium flame.
Switch off the flame and add 1 tsp rose water. Mix well. Vermicelli Payasam is ready to serve.
