Summer squash can be wonderful and easy food recipe. Yellow squash is is a brilliant source of vitamin C and a very good source of magnesium, vitamin A (particularly in its concentration of carotenoids, including beta-carotene), fiber, folate, copper, riboflavin and phosphorus).

Contents
¼ cup margarine (or a little bacon grease), 3 medium size yellow squash (cut in chunks), 2 medium potatoes (cut in chunks), salt and black pepper to taste.
1. Wash and cut up squash, potatoes and onions.
2. Take a pan and melt butter in it. Then add squash into it.
3. Add potatoes on top of squash.
4. Cover and simmer for about 30 minutes or till the time potatoes are done. Stir it occasionally.
5. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Your yummilicous Yellow Squash Potato Balls are ready. Serve it. This is truly delicious.
