Yummy Mango Smoothie can be an accompaniment to breakfast or can be had in the evening. Using mango, jaggery and coconut milk, which are rich in vitamins and minerals, along with yogurt that aids in digestion, is all that you need to make this Yummy Mango Smoothie.

½ cup ripe, peeled and chopped mango, ½ cup grated jaggery, ½ cup light coconut milk, 2 tsp yogurt
1. In a blender, add all the ingredients and blend to a fine and smooth mixture.
2. You can add 1 to 2 tsp of water if needed to adjust the consistency.
