It’s time to make your little one creative with a little mess here and there. This activity is a thorough fun-filled affair that your child would love and at the same time would help him hone his creative skills.
Contents
Requisites: An empty toilet paper roll, googly eyes/ black marker, coloured A4 sheet, water colours, glue
Steps:
1. Take the empty toilet paper roll for the body of the butterfly. Now ask your little one to paint it using his favourite colours in a pattern.
2. Now, cut the colour paper in the shape of butterfly wings and stick it to the butterfly’s body. Now ask your little one to paste few different coloured bits of paper on the wings to make it colourful.
3. Use black coloured paper to make the antennae of the butterfly.
4. Stick the googly eyes to it. In case you do not have googly eyes, draw it on the butterfly.
5. Now watch your little one playing with their new toy friend.
This activity will help your child to be creative with colours and will also understand the concept of recycling things.
