You child loves to play outside and especially messy games. This activity is definitely for your kiddo if your child loves playing with water. This science experiment helps him develop his motor and imagination skills.
Requisites: Big plastic bottle, pencil, straws, tape, string, water.
Steps:
1. Cut a plastic bottle from the top.
2. Make six holes at the base of the bottle with a knife or a pencil.
3. Now cut a straw into six equal size pieces.
4. Then put them into the holes and secure them with the tape.
5. Make three holes at the top of the bottle and pass a string through each of these holes.
6. Now tie the three strings with a fourth piece of string.
7. Pour a jug of water over the bottle over the sink or outside in the lawn.
8. You will see that when the water is coming from the straws the bottle starts spinning.
This science experiment is to show that water has power and is a great explanation to the electricity generated from water. This will definitely be loved by your little science lover. Give a brief explanation to him about it.
