Veggies are loaded with vital vitamin and minerals essential for the growth and good health of your baby. A simple and quick dish, Mashed Vegetables is a perfect lunch or dinner meal for your little one.

    Ingredients to make Mashed Vegetables:

    1-2 cubes of beetroot,1-2 cubes of carrot,1-2 cubes of potato, 1-2 pieces of pumpkin, 1-2 pieces of sweet potato, 4-5 spinach leaves, 4-5 peas, salt as required, 1 tsp ghee, a pinch of turmeric

    Steps to make Mashed Vegetables:

    1. In a pressure pan, add ghee. Once the ghee is warm, add all veggies and saute for 3-4 mins. Add turmeric and salt.

    2. Add 1 cup water.

    3. Pressure cook for 3-4 whistles.

    4. Once the steam gets cooled, using a potato masher, mash all the veggies.

    Delicious Mashed Vegetables is ready for your baby to relish. Enjoy!
