    Ingredients to make Barabar ki Chutney:

    1 cup oal/yam, 1 cup ginger, ½ cup green chili, 1 cup amchoor, 1 cup mustard oil, salt to taste

    Steps to make Barabar ki Chutney:

    1. Wash and peel the yam and ginger thoroughly, wash the green chillies and sun dry them for a while.

    2. Grind the three ingredients in a blender and add the rest of the ingredients to the mixture and mix well to make the chutney.

    3. Transfer the chutney to a glass jar and leave in sun for 1-2 days. Barabar ki Chutney is ready to relish.

    Serve as an accompaniment for many dishes.
