    Ingredients to make Beetroot Sandwich:

    Coriander Leaves, ¼ teaspoon chaat masala to taste, water, 4 slices of Bread (whole wheat),1 cucumber sliced, 1 beetroot sliced, butter

    Steps to make Beetroot Sandwich:

    1.Wash and clean beetroot and cucumber.

    2. Make thin round slices.

    3. Toast the bread evenly on both sides with butter

    4. Place the slices of beetroot and cucumber in one side. Add chaat masala and garnish with coriander leaves. Press the other slice over this one. Heat for a minute.

    Enjoy beetroot sandwich with tomato sauce.
