A Bengali fish curry is a delicious dish that contains the unique flavor of the mustard oil. Sea fishes are a great source of high-quality protein and also have Vitamin A, which helps promote healthy eyes and Vitamin D, which is essential calcium absorption in the body.

Sea fish (sardines), tomatoes, potatoes, mustard oil, onions, chilli powder, salt to taste
1. In a pan, add mustard oil sauté onions until soft.
2. Add potatoes and cook well until soft.
3. Add pureed tomatoes to the mixture and cook well.
4. Add the fish and cook well until done.
5. Add chili powder and salt to taste.
Serve this tangy lip-smacking fish curry with some cooked rice.
