    Ingredients to make Black Gram Sweet Payasam:

    Dal, black gram, water, jaggery, coconut, cardamom powder, sugar, soymilk

    Steps to make Black Gram Sweet Payasam:

    1. Soak the dal in water for 15 minutes. Wash and drain water.

    2. In a pressure cooker, add the dal and water and cook for 15 minutes.

    3. Now add jaggery, coconut, cardamom powder and sugar. Mix well.

    4. Add soymilk and bring to a boil on low flame.

    Serve hot or cold!
