Chatamari or rice thin pancakes are very delicious and easy to make and serves best as breakfast or snack. It is often known as Nepali Pizza and is rich is iron and protein.

1 cup rice flour, 2-3 eggs beaten, water as needed, ghee for frying, salt to taste, 1 cup boiled peas, coriander leaves for garnishing
1. In a deep bowl add rice flour, salt and water. Stir continuously to make a batter.
2. In another bowl beat the eggs, add a pinch of salt, and beat well. Add peas and beat well.
3. Now heat a flat tawa and pour a ladle full of rice batter and spread it in circular motion. Now pour egg mixture over it.
4. Cover and cook on medium heat. Chatamari is cooked from one side only.
Take it out on a plate and garnish it with coriander leaves before serving. Serve with the dip of your choice.
