Browsing to try a variation for the regular bhel puri? Appreciable, then Crunchy Bread Bhel Puri will be a perfect one. Whole wheat, cumin, onion, tomatoes, turmeric have good source of vitamin K and molybdenum, in addition to copper, potassium, manganese, vitamin B1, C, and phosphorus.

5 slices of bread (whole wheat), oil to fry, ¼ tsp. cumin seeds powder, 1 medium size onion chopped, pinch of turmeric powder, 1 tomato chopped, black salt to taste, ½ cup sev, 1 tbsp. finely chopped coriander leaves,(chopped small cucumber and boiled, peeled and cubed potatoes) optional
1. Remove the crust from the bread slices and cut into small squares (croutons).
2. Heat oil in a pan, deep fry the bread pieces, drain, mash them and keep aside.
3. In a mixing bowl, place the mashed bread pieces, add onions, tomatoes, turmeric, cumin powder, black salt, coriander leaves and mix well.
4. Top it with sev and serve.
Prepare it today and offer to your kid. Do not be surprised if he asks for a second serving.
