    Ingredients to make Delicious Vegetable Rice:

    Carrot, beans, peas, dry spices, salt, oil as needed

    Steps to make Delicious Vegetable Rice:

    1. Heat oil in a skillet. Add all dry spices and salt and saute, then add onion, carrot, beans, potato and peas. cook 15 min or until tender.

    2. Add vegetable broth; bring to boil.

    3. Add the rice and cover. Simmer for 10 minutes. Turn the heat off.

    Let it stand 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
