    Ingredients to make Beetroot Patties:

    2 beetroot grated, 2 potatoes boiled & mashed, 1 onion chopped, 1/2 cup Coriander leaves finely chopped, 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder, 1/2 tsp Chaat masala powder, 1 tbsp Cornflour, 4 - 5 tbsps Bread crumbs, Salt to taste, Oil to fry

    Steps to make Beetroot Patties:

    1. In a pan, heat a tsp of oil. Add onion and grated beetroot. Saute for 2-3 mins. Allow it to cool.

    2. To this mixture, add potato, coriander leaves, cumin powder, chat masala and salt. Mix well.

    3. Form small patties from this mixture.

    4. Mix cornflour with 2 to 3 tbsp of water. Dip patties in cornflour mix and then coat with bread crumbs.

    5. Heat a pan or tawa, add 1 tbsp oil, and shallow-fry patties on low to medium heat. Serve hot
