This is a Rajasthani recipe that is a good option for a stir fry dish. It is loaded with iron and calcium and is good for the taste buds.

1/4 fenugreek seeds soaked in buttermilk overnight, 2 tbsp raisins soaked in water for an hour, 2 tbsp oil, 2 tbs yogurt, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, ½ tsp red chili powder, salt as per the taste, 1 tbsp jaggery, a pinch of hing
1. Whisk curd and mix chilli powder, jaggery, salt, raisins and turmeric powder in it.
2. Slightly roast papad on gas stove and keep aside.
3. Heat oil and add fenugreek seeds along with yogurt mixture. Cook it for 5 minutes.
4. Taste the salt and jaggery in the curry and adjust as per your taste.
Serve Methi Dana Sabji along with hot roti.
