    Ingredients to make Paneer Bhujiya:

    1.5 cup crumbled paneer, 2 tbsp oil, 2 onion, 2 tomatoes, a pinch of turmeric powder and sugar, 1/4 tsp dhaniya powder, salt as per taste

    Steps to make Paneer Bhujiya:

    1. In a pan, heat refined oil, add chopped onion, fry till translucent.

    2. Then add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, cumin powder, sugar and salt to taste.

    3. Sauté them well together, add little more water, and mix them well.

    4. Add crumbled paneer and mix well with the mixture. Combine them well together.

    5. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and sever with hot phulkas.

    Your scrumptious paneer bhurji is ready to enjoy with roti or naan.
