Pistachios are a good source of energy and are composed of good amounts of monounsaturated fatty acids and pufa (polyunsaturated fatty acids). They are also a good source of antioxidants, which helps in reducing inflammations and immunity building, etc. Besides, it also contains Vitamin A, vitamin B6 and Vitamin E.

    All of these Vitamins play an important role in maintaining your health. Vitamin A is needed for good eye sight. In addition, pistachios are the only nuts that contain significant amounts of lutein and zeaxanthin which protects your eyes from damage and eye problems later in life. This recipe also contains yogurt, which contains probiotics and is good for your tummy.

    Ingredients needed to make Pista Smoothie (1 serving):

    Yogurt – 100 g, milk-50 ml, pistachios -30 g, sugar -25g, cardamom

    Steps to make Pista Smoothie:

    1. Take a cleanly washed blender add the ingredients one by one to the blender.

    2. Blend all these ingredients into the desired smoothie consistency.
