Plain Cheese Paratha is a very simple, cheesy, and delicious paratha recipe, which is loaded with the goodness of cheese and wheat flour. Cheese helps in maintaining bone health, gaining weight and dental care. Whereas wheat flakes are loaded with vitamins and minerals. It is a very easy to make breakfast dish, which can be served with wide range of curries, chutneys, and pickles.

Wheat flour-1 cup, salt-to taste, oil-1/4 cup, water-½ cup, grated cheese-1 cupand ghee-1 tsp
1. Combine the whole wheat flour, salt, and 1 tablespoon ghee in a deep bowl and knead into asoft dough using enough water.
2. Make small dough balls.
3. Roll a portion of the dough into small circle using a little whole wheat flour for rolling.
4. Put a portion of the grated cheese in the centre of the circle.
5. Roll again into a circle of bigger diameter using a little whole wheat flour for rolling.
6. Heat a non-stick tava (griddle) and cook the paratha using a little oil until golden brown spots appear on both the sides.
Serve hot with any chutney.
