Pomegranates are rich sources of potassium, soluble dietary fibres, Vitamin C, iron, calcium, Vitamin B6 and magnesium. Pomegranate seeds are usually used to make juices or in fruit salads. Pomegranate mint cooler is really easy to prepare and offers all the goodness that pomegranate has to offer. Furthermore, the recipe uses mint which is good for your tummy.

Ingredients: 1 cup of pomegranate seeds, 7-8 fresh mint leaves, 3 tablespoons of sugar, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, ¼ tsp of roasted cumin powder, 2 ½ cups of chilled water, ice cubes, lemon slices and mint leaves for garnishing.
Steps:
1. Take the pomegranate seeds, mint leaves, sugar, lemon juice, ice cubes and cumin powder in a mixer jar and blend into a smooth puree.
2. Pass the puree through the strainer to remove all the seeds and extract the juice.
3. Add the chilled water. Check taste and pour into tall glasses.
4. Garnish with lemon slices and mint leaves and serve.
