    Ingredients to make Potato Green Pea Tikki:

    1/2 cup boiled and mashed potatoes, 1/4 cup boiled and coarsely crushed green peas, 2 tbsp grated paneer, 2 tbsp grated processed cheese, 1 tbsp butter, 2 tsp besan, salt to taste, oil for greasing and cooking

    Steps to make Potato Green Pea Tikki:

    1. Combine all ingredients in a deep bowl and mix well.

    2. Divide the mixture into 20 equal portions. Shape each portion into a round and flatten slightly to make small tikkis.

    3. Heat a non-stick tava and grease it lightly using a little oil.

    4. Place the tikkis on it and cook them using a little oil, till they turn light brown in colour on both sides.

    5. Serve hot with ketchup or chutney.
