An easy to make snack recipe for your little baby is Rice Flour Vada. It's important to add variety to your diet and that should be both healthy and tasty. This provides adequates amount of energy, which we all need.

Ingredients to make Rice Flour Vada (1 serving):
Rice flour-30gms, soaked urad dal -15gms, chillies –10gms, onions -25gms, salt to taste
Steps to make Rice Flour Vada:
1. To a clean bowl, add rice flour, and add soaked urad dal, add chopped onions, chillies and salt to taste.
2. Mix the ingredients properly and take the vada mixture to your hand and flatten it with little oil.
3. Heat oil in the pan, add the flattened mixture to oil and fry until golden brown.
Serve this yummy vada with some tomato ketchup.
