    Ingredients to make Sugary Lemon Tarts (1 serving):

    Wheat flour -60gms, baking powder-2 -3 tsp, sugar -50gms, butter-50gms, egg-1, lemon juice -10ml, lemon zest.

    Steps to make Sugary Lemon Tarts:

    1. Sift the wheat flour and baking powder, add butter and sugar to it, and then crumble the mixture using hands. Don't knead into dough.

    2. Use tart mold and press this mixture lightly and prick the surface with a fork and bake it until done for 10-15 minutes.

    3. Beat the egg lightly.

    4. Pour 1 cup of water and heat it, melt the butter and sugar placed in a double boiler.

    5. Add lemon juice, lemon zest and then add the beaten egg heat it by stirring occasionally until the mixture thickens. Refrigerate it.

    Fill this filling on the baked tart mold and serve it.
