    Ingredients to make Til Uttapam:

    Rice 2 cups, white urad dal 1 cup, oil- 2 tsp, onion 1 chopped, sesame seeds 1/4 teaspoon, salt to taste

    Steps to make Til Uttapam:

    1. Wash and soak rice and urad dal overnight. Blend them with salt to make a smooth batter. Keep it overnight to ferment.

    2. Heat a tawa, pour some batter on it and spread it into a thick circle. Sprinkle some oil on it, along with some of the onion and sesame seeds.

    3. Cover and cook till the top is done. Serve hot with chutney.
