    Ingredients to make Ukhuda:

    1 cup fried paddy, ½ cup jaggery, 1 tsp carom sseeds roasted, ½ cup dry coconut chopped, 1 tsp ghee, 1/4 cup water

    Steps to make Ukhuda:

    1. Heat water in a deep pan and add jaggery. Prepare jaggery syrup.

    2. Add fried paddy, carom seeds, dry coconut, ghee. Mix thoroughly.

    3. Transfer it to big plate; spread it and separate the puffs from each other.

    Once done, store in an air tight container.
