    Ingredients to make Vaghareli Rotli:

    4-5 leftover rotis, ½ tbsp oil, 1/4 tsp asafoetida, ½ tsp mustard seeds, ½ tsp cumin seeds, 1/3 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp salt

    Steps to make Vaghareli Rotli:

    1. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Let it splutter and then add asafoetida and turmeric powder.

    2. Tear the roti in medium size pieces. Add the pieces of roti in the pan and stir it well on medium flame so that the pieces coated nicely in spices.

    3. Now add salt to taste and mix it well.

    4. Stir occasionally till the roti becomes crispy.

    Serve hot along with any beverage.
