    Ingredients to make Xutuli Pitha:

    ¼ kg Bora Saool, 200 gm jaggery, 250 gm sesame seeds, 250 ml oil

    Steps to prepare Xutuli Pitha:

    1. Wash Bora Saool. Drain and dry. Grind to a fine powder.

    2. Wash sesame seeds and scrub to remove skin. Roast and grind to coarse powder.

    3. Mix the sesame seeds powder with grated jaggery to form stuffing.

    4. Mix 2 to 3 tbsp jaggery with ¼ cup water and the powdered bora saool. Knead to soft dough.

    5. Take small piece of dough. Flatten with hand, stuff about 1 tsp of mixture and seal edges.

    6. Deep fry Xutulies in hot oil on medium heat till golden brown.

    Serve this hot and enjoy!
