A perfectly chosen combination of vegetables and sprouts cooked to make a healthy, tasty vitamin packed soup is perfect for your evening. The high protein content of sprouts and vitamins of veggies make it a wholesome apetizer.

Contents
½ cup mixed sprouts, ½-1 cup veggies- carrot, capsicum, beans, bottle gourd, butter and salt
1. Bring 3 cups of water to boil.
2. Add all the veggies and sprouts in a cooker and boil them until soft. Sprinkle salt as per taste.
3. Cool them and blend together to a smooth puree.
4. Heat another apn and add 1 tbsp butter.
5. Add ½ cup water in it and bring it to boil. Add sprouts and veggie puree, mix well and cook for 30 seconds.
6. Swtich off the flame and garnish it with coariander leaves.
Serve warm with extra topping of butter.
