Wondering what to cook or eat that's all healthy and tasty? Apple and Oats Porridge is an easy and nutritious dish that you can cook anytime. Apples are a rich source of vitamin A, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, and dietary fiber. Oats are a good source of dietary fiber, manganese, phosphorus, magnesium, and thiamine.

Ingredients to make Apple and Oats Porridge:
3-4 tbsp. oats, ½ an apple, 1 tsp. ghee, 2-3 tbsp. milk, water
Steps to make Apple and Oats Porridge:
1. Heat ghee in a pressure cooker and cook the oats in it. Saute for about 2-3 minutes on a medium flame.
2. Chop the apples and add to the oats in the cooker.
3. Add the milk into the cooker and close the lid. Cook till you get 2 whistles. Note: If baby is less than 12 months, add water instead of milk. If you have excess breastmilk, you can mix bm with the porridge just before feeding. Do not heat the breastmilk.
4. Open the cooker and mash the ingredients well.
The porridge is ready!
