    Ingredients to make Pineapple Vermicelli:

    1 tbsp ghee, 1 cup vermicelli (seviyan), 1 cup milk, 1 cup sugar, ½ cup pineapple pulp, 10 pistachio slivers, few saffron (kesar) strands

    Steps to make Pineapple Vermicelli:

    1. Heat the ghee in a pan, add vermicelli and saute till it turns golden brown. Keep aside.

    2. Boil milk in a heavy bottomed pan, add the fried vermicelli, pistachios and saffron strands, mix well and cook until the vermicelli turns soft.

    3. Add the sugar, pineapple pulp and cook until the sugar has completely dissolved.

    Serve hot or chilled.
