    Ingredients to make Poha:

    1 cup poha or flattened rice, 1 chopped onion, 1 tsp mustard seeds, 2 tbsp peanuts, 3-4 curry leaves ,1 tbsp turmeric powder, 1 tbsp coriander powder, coriander leaves, salt, 1 tbsp lemon juice

    Steps to make Poha:

    1. Wash poha in colander. Leave in the colander to drain out completely. Sprinkle turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt over it. Mix well and keep it aside.

    2. Now, take a non-stick pan and dry roast the peanuts. Once done, keep them aside.

    3. Heat 1tbsp oil in kadhai, pour mustard seeds and let them splutter. Add chopped onion and saute it a for a minute.

    5. Add curry leaves and saute for a minute. Add poha.

    6. Mix really well and allow it cook covered on low flame for 2-3 minutes. Turn off the flame.

    7. Add 1 tbsp lemon juice and mix well. Now add roasted peanuts and mix.

    Garnish the poha with coriander leaves and serve it warm to your little one.
