As your child is growing he needs to learn a variety of activities. You as a parent need to frame useful tasks which helps your child learn something new. Teach your kid how to make a pencil holder using basic materials at home.

Requisites: A plastic glass, coloured sheets of paper, glitters, buttons, poster colors, scissors, glue and marker.

Steps:

1. Cover the plastic glass with one of the coloured sheet around its circular surface. Cut a circular figure to cover the base as well.

2. Now using the other coloured sheets you can make stars, moon, flowers or other figures which can be pasted on the other surface. Decorate it further by adding glitter using liquid glue.

3. You can also add buttons to make the pencil holder look attractive.

This is a fun way to make your child enhance his creative side. Ask him to make his own pencil holder using different materials.
