  • Sarhul is a seasonal festival celebrated during spring. It involves worshipping the deities using the Saal leaves. It is a festival celebrated for several weeks.

  • Chhath Pooja, also called Surya Shashti, is an important festival in this state. It involves worshipping Lord Surya.

  • Bhagta Parab is a tribal festival in Jharkhand. It involves worshipping Budha Baba and fasting for the entire day. The celebration begins in the evening, and the Chhau dance is the main attraction of this festival.
