Thaipusam is a festival celebrated on the full moon day of the Tai month in the Tamil calendar. It is the day of the birth of Lord Shiva’s younger son Lord Subramanian.
Natyanjali Dance Festival offers tribute to Lord Nataraja, the Lord of dance. Dancers from all over the country participate in this festival and offer classical dances to Lord Nataraja. The festival also showcases the diverse cultures of the state.
