The updated price list of the Maruti Vitara Brezza for June 2020 has been released. The BSVI-compliant compact Sports Utility Vehicle (SUV) can be purchased within the range of INR 7.34 to 11.40 Lakhs depending upon the variant. Note that this is the ex-showroom price for Delhi and the rates can vary for other regions. The car was introduced by Maruti Suzuki India Limited (MSIL) in 2016. It was considered a hit as it became popular rapidly and became the segment leader beating Ford EcoSport. You can purchase the vehicle’s LXI model for INR 7.34 lakhs and the ZXI+ AT (Dual Tone) model for INR 11.40 lakhs. The VXI, ZXI, ZXI+, ZXI+ (Dual Tone), VXI (AT), ZXI (AT), and ZXI+ (AT) fall between the above-mentioned price range. The 2020 model of the vehicle features an advanced infotainment system and cloud-based functions among other features.

Maruti Suzuki Launched BS6 Vitara Brezza Petrol Version in India

India’s largest car manufacturer Maruti Suzuki has launched the BS6 Vitara Brezza in petrol guise in India at prices starting from Rs.7.34 lakh (ex-showroom). The new Brezza also gets several cosmetic changes. The BS6 Brezza petrol version is available in 9 variants with two gearbox options. The biggest change is the introduction of the petrol engine for the first time in the Vitara Brezza SUV. The 1.5-litre K15B petrol unit churns out 105PS of maximum power and 138Nm of torque which comes mated with the option either the 5-speed manual gearbox or the 4-speed automatic transmission. The automatic variant of the new Brezza features the company’s 12V mild-hybrid technology along with torque booster and start-stop functionality. The mileage of the new Brezza manual gearbox is 17.03kmpl and 18.76kmpl from the automatic version.

Maruti Unveils BS6 Brezza With 1.5-Litre Petrol Engine:

At the 2020 Auto Expo, Maruti Suzuki unveiled the new BS6 Brezza powered by the new 1.5-litre petrol engine. Apart from the new engine, the BS6 Brezza comes with new features. The 1.5-litre petrol engine churns out 77kw @6,000rpm and 138Nm of torque @4400rpm. Maruti Suzuki claimed that the new powertrain offers better NVH levels and best-in-class mileage and enhanced cooling performance. While the new Brezza was unveiled, the launch is expected during mid-2020. The Maruti Brezza competes with the likes of Tata Nexon, Mahindra XUV300 and the Ford EcoSport in the Indian market.
