BS6 Tvs Jupiter Get Yet Another Price Hike

TVS Motor Company has yet again increased the price of their popular scooter TVS Jupiter. It is now available for about Rs. 63,102 onwards depending upon the variant and the location of purchase. One can choose from three variants of TVS Jupiter, the standard variant, Classic, and ZX. The variant ‘Classic’ starts from Rs 69,602 onwards. After government orders, TVS started selling the BS6 emission norm compliant two-wheelers. It is speculated that the upgradation related to the engine may be causing continuous price hikes. In terms of features, Jupiter’s 109cc single-cylinder engine can produce 7.99 PS @ 7500 rpm of power at peak torque. It comes with telescopic fork suspension and 3-step preload-adjustable mono-shock. It has drum breaks on both sides and a synchronized braking system that enables the rider to handle the two-wheeler better in tricky situations. TVS Jupiter is a go to bike for those who dont want to buy Honda Activa and is considered to be the best bike available in the 110cc category in India.

TVS Motors Hikes Prices of Its Jupiter Scooter Range

TVS Motors has increased the prices of its Jupiter scooter range in the country. The BS6 TVS Jupiter is now priced at Rs.62,062 compared to the launch price of Rs.61,449. Prices are as per ex-showroom cost. The BS6 TVS Jupiter ZX is now priced at Rs.64,062 while the BS6 TVS Jupiter Classic is priced at Rs.68,562. The TVS Jupiter with its BS6 engine draws from a 110cc single-cylinder unit which produces a maximum power of 7.37hp and peak torque of 8.4Nm. The new Jupiter now comes with drum brakes at both ends and competes with the likes of Honda Activa 6G in the Indian market.

TVS Launches BS6 Ntorq in India

TVS Motor Company launched the BS6 Ntorq in India at Rs.65,975 and Rs.69,975 for the drum and disc brake variant, respectively. Prices as ex-showroom (Delhi). The BS6 Ntorq Race Edition is priced at Rs.72,455 ex-showroom (Delhi). The NTorq continues to draw power from the 124.79cc single-cylinder engine which is updated to meet the BS6 norms. TVS launched the NTroq back in 2018 and it’s the most powerful scooter from their portfolio. The scooter boasts of features like Bluetooth-connected technology. The TVS NTorq competes with the likes of Suzuki Access, Honda Activa 125.

TVS Launches BS6 Jupiter Standard, ZX Variants

TVS Motor Company has launched the BS6 Jupiter Standard and the ZX variants at Rs.61,499, while the Jupiter ZX is priced at Rs.63,499 ex-showroom (Delhi). The BS6 Jupiter is powered by the 109.7cc single-cylinder engine with fuel injection to comply with the BS6 norms. The exterior or the styling of the BS6 Jupiter remains the same as the BS4 model. The Jupiter’s braking duties are carried out by drum brake at the rear and front and competes with the likes of Honda Activa and Hero Maestro in the Indian market.
